This Privacy Policy explains how Bneu Doc Scan ("we", "our", "the app") handles your information. Bneu Doc Scan is developed and published by Bneu. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. Bneu Doc Scan does not require an account or registration.

The app processes the following data locally on your device only:

• Camera images — used solely for document scanning. Images are processed on-device for edge detection and perspective correction. No images are transmitted or uploaded.
• Scanned documents and PDFs — stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone.
• App preferences and settings — stored locally on your device.

3. Camera Permission

Bneu Doc Scan requires camera access to capture documents. All image processing including edge detection, cropping, and enhancement is performed on-device. No images or video are recorded, uploaded, or shared.

4. Storage Permission

The app requires storage access to save scanned documents and exported PDFs to your device. Files are saved only where you choose and are not transmitted anywhere.

5. Third-Party Services

Bneu Doc Scan uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — We display advertisements to support the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing — Used to process in-app purchases (Pro upgrade). Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information.

6. Data Storage

All app data (scanned documents, PDFs, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently deleted.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with anyone. No document content, scanned images, or PDFs are ever transmitted from your device.

8. Children's Privacy

Bneu Doc Scan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Security

Since all user data remains on your device, security is managed by your device's built-in protections. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

10. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete documents — Use the app's built-in delete function
• Clear all data — Clear app data in your device settings, or uninstall the app
• Opt out of personalized ads — Go to Settings > Google > Ads on your device
