This Privacy Policy explains how Bneu Level ("we", "our", "the app") handles your information. Bneu Level is developed and published by Bneu. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. Bneu Level operates entirely offline and does not require an account or registration.

The app processes the following data locally on your device only:

• Sensor data (accelerometer, gyroscope) — used solely for real-time angle and level measurement. Sensor readings are processed in memory and never stored or transmitted.
• Measurement history — stored locally in a database on your device. This data never leaves your phone.
• Calibration profiles — stored locally on your device.
• App preferences and settings — stored locally on your device.

3. Sensor Permissions

Bneu Level uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope sensors to measure angles and surface levels. Sensor data is processed in real-time on your device. No sensor readings are recorded, uploaded, or shared with any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

Bneu Level uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — We display advertisements to support the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing — Used to process in-app purchases (Pro upgrade). Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Data Storage

All app data (measurement history, calibration profiles, settings) is stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently deleted.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with anyone.

The only data shared with third parties is through Google AdMob for advertising purposes, as described above. No measurement data, calibration profiles, or history are ever transmitted from your device.

7. Text-to-Speech

Bneu Level includes a voice readout feature that uses your device's built-in Text-to-Speech engine to announce angle measurements. This processing happens entirely on your device. No audio or text data is sent to external servers.

8. Children's Privacy

Bneu Level is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require any personal information to function.

9. Data Security

Since all user data remains on your device, security is managed by your device's built-in protections (screen lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

10. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete measurement history — Use the app's built-in delete function
• Clear all data — Clear app data in your device settings, or uninstall the app
• Opt out of personalized ads — Go to Settings > Google > Ads on your device
• Reset calibration — Use the app's calibration reset option

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
