1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Bneu Receipt ("we", "our", "the app") handles your information. Bneu Receipt is developed and published by Bneu. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. Bneu Receipt does not require an account or registration.

The app processes the following data locally on your device only:

• Camera images — used solely for receipt scanning. Images are processed on-device using OCR to extract amounts and text. No images are uploaded or transmitted.
• Receipt data and expenses — amounts, categories, tags, and notes are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone.
• Reports and exports — generated and stored locally on your device.
• App preferences and settings — stored locally on your device.

3. Camera Permission

Bneu Receipt requires camera access to capture receipt images. All OCR processing is performed on-device using Google ML Kit. No images or extracted text are uploaded or shared.

4. Storage Permission

The app requires storage access to save receipt images and exported reports. Files are saved only where you choose and are not transmitted anywhere.

5. Third-Party Services

Bneu Receipt uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — We display advertisements to support the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing — Used to process in-app purchases (Pro upgrade). Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information.
• Google ML Kit — OCR text recognition is performed entirely on-device. No receipt images or data are sent to Google servers.

6. Financial Data

We have no access to your financial data. All receipt amounts, expense categories, and financial summaries are stored exclusively on your device. We do not process payments, access bank accounts, or store any financial credentials.

7. Data Storage

All app data (receipts, expenses, reports, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently deleted.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with anyone. No receipt content, financial data, or personal information is ever transmitted from your device.

9. Children's Privacy

Bneu Receipt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Data Security

Since all user data remains on your device, security is managed by your device's built-in protections. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

11. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete receipts and expenses — Use the app's built-in delete function
• Clear all data — Clear app data in your device settings, or uninstall the app
• Opt out of personalized ads — Go to Settings > Google > Ads on your device

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
